The solution
1, do not kink the belt, install wide belt or large belt wheel, increase the diameter of the belt wheel or wide belt, remove foreign matter, correct tightening. 2, correct tensioning, install belt with wider width and higher power transmission/increase size of synchronous belt and belt wheel, check belt type, if necessary Replace, 3, replace the synchronous belt wheel. 4. Re-align the shaft, replace the pulley flange, and reinforce the bearing or chassis. 5. Re-align the shaft, replace the pulley flange, and reinforce the bearing or chassis. 6. Replace the flange pulley, re-align the pulley/shaft, correct the tension, remove foreign matter, install the protective cover, check the cutting device and the belt guide device
